    Answer: Never had a experience jam, you can open top part as like other mechenical pencils and easy to remove the leads. It is a really good mechnical pencil, slightly heavy than others.

    Answer: Depending if you have prime. It would take around 2-3 days with prime.

    Answer: Grip is hard, and grip part is thicker than other mechanical pencils.
  • Question: I can't get it to refill. New leads will not go through the pencil tip. How to do?

    Answer: grab the black part of the the eraser end and just pull straight up and out. You can add lead through there. Putting lead through the tip adds risk if it snapping
