The DAE AMR130 Kit is an auto meter reading module with ModbusRS485 Communications designed for monitoring a single water meter. The device can be connected to an existing meter pulse output without interfering with the city’s outside meter reader. The power supply for the device can be either 12V or 15V, and it pulls approximately 1.2 Watts. Users have requested an explanation of the difference between AMR and AMR130, with the former being able to monitor 16 water meters while the latter can only monitor one water meter. Additionally, one DAE CC2030 can monitor up to 20 devices, including both water and electrical meters. The device cannot be reset to zero; instead, users will need to purchase the CO-10 KIT.
