Answer: The new label says contains dairy, wheat, soy, and fermentation media. But the description says no dairy, soy, etc...very confusing, but look at the label under “other ingredients.” Perhaps their formula changed because now there is Magnesium Stearate as well. -

I've only taken one so far but have had really yellow urine all day but have been drinking so much water so I'm not dehydrated. Anyone else have this
Answer: Yes that's totally normal any time you take a multi vitamin like that. Your body can't absorb all the vitamins and the majority come out worth your urine. Don't worry you're baby is getting what it needs. If you're worried you aren't getting enough fluid or vitamins you should ask your doctor at your next visit. I take mine in the morning and I have bright yellow urine usually only the first half of the day then it returns to normal if I drink enough. -

Can I break the pill in half to get them down since they are so large?
Answer: So, I wanted to validate this rather than just posting a response based on a hunch. So, I found that the pills are not able to be broken easily, but can be cut with a knife. I tested this last night and found that it cut cleanly into 2 pieces without crumbling and leaving a mess or loss of the vitamin. So yes, you can break (cut) them in half to make it easier to swallow. -
