Does each piece give your body a 4mg dose of nicotine, or is the size of the piece of gum 4mg?
Answer: I believe each piece of gum has 4mg of gum in it. The instructions recommend that if you have your first smoke less than an hour after you wake up, use the 4mg. More than an hour after you wake up, go with the 2mg. I was the latter, but I went with the 4mg anyway. It works if you're ready. I hope this helps. 👍👍👍 Go get 'em, tiger.
