The device does not require filter replacement and can help detect and control mold growth. The VOC sensitivity can be a weakness, but the device appears accurate and sensitive to changes in air quality. The software improves with time, which provides the user with the potential to set routines to counteract drops in air quality. However, the app within an app with weak Alexa integration and the device's inability to detect natural gas leaks make it less desirable. Some customers also reported issues connecting the device to their Wi-Fi, and at least one customer said that the device was not accurate.
