However, many customers have reported difficulty with the mug's lid. The lid pours from the entire side instead of a narrow stream which makes it difficult to drink from and can result in spilled coffee. The mug also has a narrow opening which makes it difficult to clean if done by hand, and it's not dishwasher safe. Additionally, the plastic lid feels cheap and doesn't match the color of the cup.
