With the Jetbot, one can collect data on two kinds of block and free picture forms to train an AI model that allows for automatic obstacle avoidance using the alexnet neural network structure. It is designed to work with the official 64-bit Ubuntu 18.04LTS system, and the Jetson Nano 4GB development board is an optional purchase. It is notable that the Jetson Nano is required, and it is not possible to program this robot without it. It is not possible to connect additional sensors to the Jetbot trolley to connect other sensors, nor do they provide the source code of the APP. The NVidia Jetson Nano is the one that supports PyTorch with CUDA and not the JetBot per se. The hardware installation of the robot may be challenging, especially working with the screw nuts parts. There are also some mistakes and missing steps in the instruction manual that may make it challenging for beginners. However, the Yahboom Jetbot Robot kit is a solid build, and the technical support is useful, especially for assembly. Users who have assembled the kit correctly have praised it for being sturdy, capable, and easy to work with.
