The printer is small, portable and the photos are fully laminated during printing making them even water-resistant and fingerprint/smudge-proof. However, many customers found the accompanying app to be subpar and difficult to use, forcing the customer to give the app permissions to access personal data, and some parts may be missing from shipment. Another disadvantage is that the printer requires specific paper and ink cartridges, which can be expensive or out of stock.
