The case is easy to transport and is made of durable material that protects equipment from damage. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the bottom of the case, which has short plastic legs that make the case less sturdy and prone to tilting when gear is added. The removable lids also do not line up correctly, and the spring loaded handle can break easily.
