The AUTO METER 2891 Performance Tachometer is a high-performance gauge with understated good looks. It has a black gauge face and bezel, with orange dials for easy reading. The illumination is a white color, with numbers that light up in white/off white. The tachometer has factory settings for 4, 6, and 8 cylinder 4-cycle engines, but can be used with a 2-cylinder motorcycle engine with some adjustments. The tachometer does not have provisions for adding on a shift light, so a stand alone shift light would need to be used. The gauge comes with a cup and mounting bracket, as shown in the picture. The overall diameter of the tachometer is 2 5/8 inches, so it should not block the view of other gauges when mounted on a column. The depth of the tachometer is 3 inches.
