It is roughly 50 lbs and measures 44" high, 22" wide, and 14" deep. The top slopes about 2" from front to back, and the surface can easily hold an open letter-size notebook. It is stable enough to lean on, and at 5'9", you can easily read 18 point type behind it. Assembly of the item is fairly easy, with just an allen wrench and phillips screwdriver needed, but it doesn't come with any lighting or wheels. Unfortunately, the item can only be shipped within the US from the manufacturer, meaning it cannot be shipped to Canada at this time. Overall, the Flash Furniture Stand-Up Lectern is sturdy and balanced and well worth the investment.
