This bunk bed is a great deal and very sturdy, especially for its price. It took a while to assemble, and multiple people were needed to complete the job. Some customers added a sheet of plywood under the top bunk to add sturdiness to it. One of the few complaints is that screws fall out occasionally, which could make the bed unsafe. Some customers have cautioned that this bed may not be suitable for heavier people. It is not recommended to use an extra-long twin mattress, instead, a standard coil mattress is recommended, or a bunkie board may be used underneath a foam mattress to increase stability. The bed may also come with stickers everywhere, which may be unattractive for some users. Overall, customers seem very happy with this purchase, are finding it comfortable, and are impressed with its quality and sturdiness.
