Sports Editorial Review
The "Speed Racer Widescreen Edition" has received mixed reviews from customers. While some found it to be a visually appealing and enjoyable movie, others deemed it one of the worst films they have ever watched. One customer mentioned that the plot was lacking, with over-the-top car stunts that made their eyes hurt due to excessive movement and flashes. Conversely, another customer expressed their love for the movie and its Blu-Ray quality, emphasizing their satisfaction with the purchase. For fans of the original cartoon series, the movie was seen as a unique and entertaining experience, with solid storytelling and a nostalgic connection to the Mach 5 car. The vibrant colors and action-packed sequences were noted as standout features, providing an exhilarating viewing experience for those who appreciate such content. Some customers pointed out similarities to other movies like "Spy Kids" in terms of 3D effects, but felt they were not overly distracting. Overall, opinions on "Speed Racer Widescreen Edition" are divided, with some viewers appreciating its entertainment value and visual appeal, while others found it to be lacking in plot and excessive in its execution. **
