The Rockout kits are inserts meant to fix the problem of Harley-Davidson rocker arm support. The kits are easy to install, but it's recommended to work on the bench. The kit comes with new o-rings that should be replaced under each support plate included in the kit. It can work for a 99' Road King if it has a Twin Cam engine. For a 2004 HD Road King user, they will not be wasting their time, but there are other things they could do to upgrade since the rockers will need to come out. Only one bolt on each shaft intersects with the shaft, so with two kits, all eight holes can be done, but there will be no benefit. The product is not compatible with a 2007 Buell XB9R. No other company makes or sells a rocker locker kit for the M8.
