SP Scienceware Glass Thermometers Editorial Review
The SP Bel-Art H-B Easy-Read General Purpose Liquid-In-Glass Laboratory Thermometer is an environmentally friendly thermometer with a -10 to 150C range and a 50mm immersion length. The thermometer is well-sized and offers a black on yellow legibility that is preferred over the bright blue on white offered by other thermometers. Unfortunately, however, the accuracy of the thermometer has been heavily criticised. Some customers report errors as high as 6 degrees F, rendering the thermometer unusable. The packaging is also said to be garbled, making it difficult to determine the manufacturing origin of the product. Despite the low price of the thermometer, customers have expressed disappointment about the dissatisfaction guarantee.
