    Answer: The hammock can hold up to 50 pounds of weight with its strong suction cups and PVC frame.

    Answer: The suction cups are suitable for smooth and airtight surfaces such as glass and ceramic tiles.
  • Question: Does the package come with a cushion and mattress?

    Answer: Yes, the hammock comes with a breathable cushion and two plush mattresses for added comfort in both summer and winter.
  • Question: Do the dimensions include the length of the suction cups?

    Answer: (L 21.6 in "x W 13.7 in" x H 13 in ) is the dimension excluding the top suction cup
  • Question: How easy is it to take off the window if you want to move it to another window location?

    Answer: Very easy. Just unscrew the top suction cups and pop off the bottom ones. Be sure to soak the suction cups in warm water each time before applying to a window to get a strong hold.
  • Question: Will the scratching post attract the cats?

    Answer: I’m not sure but they do use it
  • Question: Can cat window bass support the weight of more than one cat?

    Answer: Yes, mine has supported 4 cats
  • Question: Do the suction cups still work long term?

    Answer: No, at least one of them will let go if not both. Upper suction cups are the only ones that let go. The lower ones at the actual seat do not. If you need to move the seats to a different window, you can use a glass scraper to get them off and re-glue them to a different window.
  • Question: What should I do to make the suction cup stronger?

    Answer: It is very strong, and it hasn’t fallen off after a month of use. Keep the suction cups and windows clean.
  • Question: How many perches per order?

    Answer: Each order contains a set of double-layered cat window perch, there are two installation methods.
