However, some customers have pointed out that the spoon is not flexible enough for scraping the last bits out of jars. Also, the head design is well thought out with a sharp corner for scraping, thin enough to be used as a spatula, yet strong enough to scoop or break up ground meats in the pan. The wood handles are contoured, with three ridges that match Le Creuset's stainless Revolution line of kitchen utensils, and the utensil head is removable for cleaning.
