It is Considered an open-cell foam that cures in an enclosed area for about 18-24 hours, which makes it suitable for sealing holes with electrical wires running through them. The product is water and weather-resistant but not impermeable. Customer Experience: The customer experience with this product has been mixed with some users expressing satisfaction while others have expressed dissatisfaction with the product's performance. Some customers have found this product easy to install and very effective.
