The Napoleon Stainless Steel Smoker Box 67013 is a great addition to gas grills, enabling an easy conversion into a smoker. Users can simply put in wood chips or chunks into the smoker and set it on the supports for the heat deflectors, on top of the "flavorizer" bar. Users can then turn off the burner after igniting the pellets, while users can leave the burner on low if using chips, which will last for approximately 1-1/2 to 2 hours and then require replenishing. Both pellets and chips have been proven to work well. The smoker accessories are quite universal and are compatible with most of the Napoleon brand's grills, including Phantom Prestige 500 and Rouge 525 SE, and also Weber spirit ii e-310. You can use it on sear plates, or replace the sear plate with a smoker box. The quality of the smoker box is great with good smoke production, and users can adjust the burner setting for smoke flavor. Although it may not replace the flavor of a smoker, it does add a nice touch of smoke flavor to any dish if used correctly.
