This device is essentially an Arduino Leonardo compressed onto a PCB barely bigger than the ATMega chip it's based on, with a USB plug on the side. It is immediately usable as a Leonardo Arduino and works flawlessly as a genuine Arduino Leonardo as far as the computer can tell. This works great as a USB keyboard interpreter for a Raspberry Pi PC build. The board works effectively with programs and scripts, and you can write code that sends whatever keystrokes or mouse movements you need.
