The Motors and Armatures 1012514 Motor is a 3-speed motor that is replaceable with industry-standard motors. It comes with a tag that explains its wiring: Brown - Capacitor Brown/White - Capacitor Yellow - Common Black - High Speed Blue - Medium Speed Red - Low Speed. The motor is a bit louder than some others, but it is still much quieter than the furnace's original motor. The rubber mounting rings measure 2 1/4 inches in diameter, which means it fits most models. Customers had mixed experiences with this product. Some found the replacement process quick and straightforward, while others found the wiring difficult to figure out. Many appreciated the lower cost of this product compared to similar models from HVAC companies.
