The glaze has already been mixed in, so it does not require a clear coat glaze on top. The glaze comes out mostly glossy, but some colours may be more matte. It's not recommended to mix the glazes as they are unique chemical formulations. While the colours may not turn out as expected, and some colours may be duplicated, this glaze kit produces beautiful colours after firing.
