The building blocks set is a perfect way to expand a kid's Lego collection without having to buy expensive technical kits. The pieces are compatible with official Lego pieces and are 100% functional. The set arrives very well packaged in a gift box, and it does not come with the instruction booklet. However, there is a book of designs that comes with the set which serves as a guide for kids to make a collection of around 8-10 small things like a dinosaur, truck, house, and much more. The set is mainly packed in a color-coordinated bag, but sometimes tiny pieces stick in other Legos and cannot be removed. Some of the Lego pieces are pretty tight and need to be pressed hard to connect. Overall, this building blocks set is an excellent value for its price.
