The Yuasa YUAM2655B 6N5.5-1D battery fits Honda CT90 (Trail 90) and is a quality brand, but it does not come with acid. Acid can be found at most auto supply stores. The battery is easy to charge by connecting the negative clamp to the green loop and sticking a screw in either of the red terminals. The positive terminal with an inline fuse should be connected to the positive lead of the charger, and the negative lead of the charger should be connected to the negative terminal on the battery or any other suitable ground.
