Some customers love the instrument, and it has a great feel. It has excellent tones, is easy to learn, and is portable. It comes with a great protective case, tuning hammer, and engraving. Customers recommend it to people of all ages who love music. Some are not happy with it, as it is hard on fingers and hurts when playing it. It is difficult to find songbooks or tabs for the 21 key Kalimba. Some people suggest opting for the 17 note model as it produces discernible musical notes. Some customers also found the color strips for keys the same as the 17 key instrument.
