The software can be downloaded from the IDP website. The printer has a 300x300, 300x600, and 300x1200 dpi and can print fine small text in 600 or 1200 dpi. In terms of customer reception, one reviewer found it to be a good replacement for their previous Zebra printer, another called it an "awesome card printer" but had issues with the software not having word wrap. One reviewer had yet to discover the feature to print on both sides simultaneously. One customer encountered a problem with a broken CD and was inquiring about obtaining the software.
