What's the max Nozzle Temp?
Answer: Interesting question. Been doing a lot of PETG at 260-275C. The Volcano is fine, and can facilitate printing fast even hot. But to be honest I have had some thermal firmware shutdowns. Going to do some trials soon now that I have Rasp-pi server - I can graph hot end. Starting to suspect its a power-supply thermal shut down... Heater load was running 60% at temp. So raw temp should be no issue. Perhaps my problem is fast & hot (power supply issue). The hot end is awesome. -
