Is the ink waterproof?
Answer: Gel inks are generally more colorfast than the original rollerballs, which used washable inks. The Q7 is a needle-point version of the G2. The ink is waterproof for normal use. It remains intact when exposed to water, but will dissolve with ammonia or bleach, and may seep through the paper.
