Philips Hue Play White & Color Smart Light, 2 Pack Base Kit The Philips Hue Play White & Color Smart Light is a great addition to any smart home. The pack includes a Hue Bridge and two light bars. The product worked well, and set up was easy. The product's color palette is outstanding and easy to adjust via the app, which is compatible with Amazon Alexa, Apple Homekit & Google Home. Consumers were able to set-up peripheral connections for Hue Sync and third-party apps with relative ease. However, the light bars' mounting options were clunky and were not very versatile. Furthermore, the cords only run to 6 feet, which is inconvenient when trying to place them in larger rooms, and the plastic mount crimps the power cable awkwardly if the user wants the light to stand upright. The unavailability of plugging the light bars into individual sockets, like other Philips Hue lights, and the absence of a hub although the descriptions say it comes with one, upset some customers. The packaging was not Consistent, and some customers received opened items with missing screws.
