Question:
What features does the TEEHO TE001 Keyless Entry Deadbolt offer?
Answer: The TEEHO TE001 Keyless Entry Deadbolt boasts numerous features including ANSI Grade 3 security, support for up to 20 user codes, a low battery alert, and an IP54 waterproof rating. These features ensure maximum security and convenience for your front door. The keypad entry allows you to assign unique codes to family members or guests, while the anti-peep password feature enhances security by allowing random digits to be entered before the actual code. This lock is perfect for homes with multiple occupants or for short-term rental properties. -
Question:
Is the TEEHO TE001 suitable for outdoor use?
Answer: Yes, the TEEHO TE001 is designed for outdoor use with its IP54 waterproof rating, which protects the electronic components from rain and dust. This feature makes it ideal for front doors exposed to the elements. Its robust design ensures that the lock functions effectively in various weather conditions, providing lasting durability. Users can have peace of mind knowing that their lock can withstand outdoor challenges, making it a practical choice for any home. -
Question:
How do I change the user codes on the TEEHO TE001?
Answer: To change the user codes on the TEEHO TE001, simply follow the instructions in the user manual provided with the lock. Typically, you will enter your master code, select the programming mode, and then follow the prompts to delete or add new codes. This flexibility allows homeowners to easily update access codes when necessary, such as when a guest leaves or when additional family members need access. By managing the codes effectively, users can enhance security and ensure that only authorized individuals have access. -
Question:
What is the 'One Touch Lock' feature?
Answer: The 'One Touch Lock' feature on the TEEHO TE001 allows you to lock the door with a single press of a button on the keypad. This convenience means you can secure your home quickly without needing to enter a code. It's especially beneficial when your hands are full or when exiting your home in a hurry. This feature emphasizes ease of use and increases security by allowing for a speedy locking process. -
Question:
What do I do if the battery runs low?
Answer: When the battery runs low, the TEEHO TE001 will alert you with a low battery warning on the keypad. This gives you ample time to replace the batteries before the lock becomes inoperable. Always keeping a set of backup batteries handy is a great practice for users. -
Question:
What is 'Anti-Peep Password' and how does it work?
Answer: The 'Anti-Peep Password' feature on the TEEHO TE001 enhances security by allowing you to input random numbers before entering your actual access code.
