The tools are cute and perfect, and the sand is fine and of good quality. The kit also includes an email address to contact the seller should there be any problems. One customer initially thought that the tiny copper Buddha was missing, but found it at the bottom of the tool bag later on. Elementary school students love this kit, as it keeps their hands busy and calms them down. However, the cherry tree falls over quite often. One customer's only complaint is that the flower doesn't catch all the ashes and that it's difficult to remove them from the sand.
