The stand is made of curved metal and has a red-brown finish. There are five tiers in total and each shelf is about 8-15 inches apart. The stand is lightweight and easy to assemble. Despite some negative reviews, the stand has received mostly positive feedback. Customers love the aesthetic of the plant stand and find it easy to assemble. However, some purchasers have experienced problems with the base not aligning, making the product uneven. Others have experienced issues with some of the arms coming bent.
