The hardware is of good quality with the arm part pre-assembled and the software is easy to install. The instructions, however, are terrible and it is better to watch the videos to get an idea of how to assemble it. The pdf for the mechanical build is out of order. The kit does not come with a Raspberry Pi 4B and two 18650 lithium batteries, but they are required for assembly and operation, and you need to prepare your own. In terms of customer experience, the support team provided an os image and the software quickly.
