    Answer: Yes, it is compatible with all iPhones (14/13/12/11 Pro/Plus/Pro Max, 13/12 Mini, XR, XS, XS Max, X) and Lightning iPads.
  • Question: What is the transfer speed of the iDiskk Photo Stick?

    Answer: It guarantees fast and stable data transfers with USB 3.0 and one HD movie (approx. 1GB) only needs about 20s.
  • Question: Is the iDiskk Photo Stick secure?

    Answer: Yes, it offers data encryption to keep your private files secure.
  • Question: Can I store documents from iMac or PC?

    Answer: Yes, you can. Plug it in to your iMac, PC, iPad, etc. and copy to the drive.
  • Question: How are you supposed to transfer PDFs as advertised?

    Answer: I just plugged it into my MacBook using the USB. Then transfer all the files (including PDF’s) to the iDiskk like any other flash drive. After loading was completed I downloaded the App for my iPad Pro then plugged in the iDiskk and opened the files or photos I wanted to use. It takes a little playing with to find out how all the features work but it works for me. Hope this helps.
  • Question: Can I transfer tons of music from my laptop onto this flash drive and then play on my iPad?

    Answer: Yes, but only a limited amount because the drive has different sections to store files, music, pics, etc.
  • Question: Can I pick the pictures from my iPhone to store on USB or does it download all the pictures at once?

    Answer: Not sure about this.
  • Question: What is the transfer speed of iDiskk?

    Answer: Not sure if there is a technical way to obtain a number rather than an adjective, but I can say very fast. Picture transfer from the phone to Drive is blazing fast! Videos take a little more time depending on size but still very fast. Then when switched to USB into my laptop or even through my laptop to another larger drive it is still very fast. Either way, these are great for moving lots of data around quickly!
  • Question: Does this only work for Apple products?

    Answer: Yes, it is designed to download photos, videos, music from the Apple devices listed in the product information. Once downloaded to the flash drive, you can insert the USB connection into your PC and see all your saved data on the flash drive.
  • Question: Can you play your pictures and videos on your TV after transferring to the USB?

    Answer: I transferred them to my iMac. I imagine that if you transferred them to a laptop, and connect it to the TV, you will be able to see them. That is how I do my presentations.
  • Question: After making individual selection of iPhone photos, I have a problem to go back to “select all” option. Please advise? Thanks!

    Answer: Not sure about this.
