The trophy can be engraved with a personalized plate on request, and the plate arrives quickly. One customer was very satisfied with the trophy and the easy ordering process, and also purchased white cotton gloves from Amazon to add drama to the presentation. However, another customer received the product in a semi-damaged manner with a loose bolt, tarnished metal and scratched plastic base, which left them dissatisfied with the manufacturer.
