However, there are pour spout holes on the top of the containers for the Willow Go version that prevent mobility. Customers have praised its portable, comfortable, and well-made design. However, some had issues with the suction power and found it stressful to find the perfect fit. Additionally, others had battery draining problems and found it noisy and not covert. Negative reviews also said it wasn't efficient for milk production and was overpriced for the results. Clean-up was reported as easy, without any complicated parts, but one customer reported receiving a used product.
