The INSE Cordless Stick Vacuum is lightweight, easy to use and comes with several attachments, including a crevice tool and a long flexible hose, enabling users to finish cleaning work under car seats. It also has two different suction levels, and the wand is adjustable for height, making it user-friendly. The high-efficiency sponge filter captures fine particulates like a HEPA filter does, and it has a longer life than a HEPA filter, but it does not have a HEPA filter. It does not have carpet height adjustment but comes with a carpet brush roller that users can install. The filter needs to be replaced every three months, and it is recommended to wash it at least once a month. However, customer service seems to be poor as expressed by some users. Some customers have complained that the vacuum's motor burned out because the foam filter that was supposed to protect it was not properly placed from the factory. The spindle that rotates in the suction head is plastic and will melt, causing the unit to turn off after a few seconds. Some customers had issues with weak suction or the vacuum being unable to pick up dog hair.
