    Answer: I don’t recall how the prongs looked...I think 3&2 but the wires did come with switch.
  • Question: This switch came as 4 prongs. The old switch has 5 prongs. The wiring harness came with 5 prongs. Will this stud work?

    Answer: The one we bought had 5 pins. The kicker is the pins have to be in the correct configuration. We had to return the first 5 pin switch and order another one. I'm not sure about the amp.

    Answer: 12 gauge wire.
