Answer: Yes, you can use plasma rods on your 2008 Ultra as replacement brake, running, and turn signal lights. You can buy their universal wiring adapter and turn signal decoder, which will make installation much easier. Custom Dynamics also has an excellent tech department that will guide you through any issues if you have questions. -

Where do plasma rods go - in the fender filler or on saddlebags? What about the antenna holes?
Answer: Plasma rods fit between the fender and saddlebag using double-sided sticky tape. You stick them to the fender, so you can still remove the bag. There is no need to worry about the antenna holes. -

Do plasma rods require any additional hardware or just splice into my factory lights?
Answer: No, plasma rods do not require any additional hardware. They have everything they need built in them, and you can use the included wire taps to splice them into your factory lights. It takes about 5 minutes to wire them up.
