The Gryphon Studio Grinder is a great product at a great value. The diamond head needs to be kept wet which can be done with a small water spray bottle or the built-in water reservoir. While the grinder is aimed at stained glass, it also works well on ceramics. It comes with a face shield, but some customers found they needed to modify it for the sponge to work effectively. The instructions that come with the grinder are poorly written, and the cooling tower/tube setup is difficult to understand. This product works quietly and doesn't bog down, but a few customers had trouble with the water pressure from the tank, and the instructions offered inadequate information about how to change the fuse or use the two rubbery feet.
