- Replacement Part Number: 77119 heater relay board replaces 74618 as of September 10, 2013.This is the latest revision of the IQ2020 control box 2001-2009.5 IQ2020 heater relay board.The improved design reduces fatigue on the two "beefed up" relays by providing a more efficient method of connecting the heater power cord to the circuit board. The large gray terminal block now connects the black wire on the heater power cord to the H1 position. A separate gray terminal block is used to connect the white (neutral) wire from the heater
- How to Detect: How do you know if your relay board needs to be replaced? ①Turn the temp up and make sure the heater led is on. ②Check the voltage going to the heater at H1 and H2.If no volts are going to the heater then the relay board needs to be replaced. ③D9 light of 77119 flashing red is also an automatic failure of the heater board.④If the front or back of the heater board is burnt,you need to replace it
