The product is not gluten-free and has about 20g of carbs per serving of 28g, 2g protein, 1g fat and 90 calories. The product packaging has to remain sealed to prevent the dough from drying out. It is recommended that it is put in the refrigerator once received. There are a number of negative reviews about the product being dry, brittle or mouldy, but others found the product to be good and enjoyed the taste.
