If you do have a cold sore, Herpecin L helps promote healing of cold sores without numbing or drying. It soothes and locks in moisture to prevent painful cracking and relieve chapped lips. It creates a SPF 30 barrier to protect your lips against the sun's harmful UV rays. It's not waxy, making it easy to apply. For Adults and Children 12 years and older, apply liberally and evenly to affected area on lips at first sign of cold sore and 15 minutes before sun exposure. Rub in gently by completely For cracking and dryness, continue to cover lips until absorbed. 1 Stick is 0.1 Ounce.
