About This Item

Introducing the Wolf Tooth Components 110 BCD 50T Chainring for Road/CX/Gravel. Designed with Wolf Tooth's signature Drop-Stop technology, this chainring is perfect for various cycling disciplines including cyclocross, commuting, gravel riding, and even on-road applications. The Drop-Stop technology ensures maximum contact on the drive side, resulting in improved chainring life and enhanced performance. The narrow side of the tooth provides clearance for mud and debris, reducing friction and preventing chain derailment.

This chainring is compatible with 110 BCD 5-arm cranksets. Please note that stock 2x bolts will not work, and you will need our 6mm bolts optimized for single ring mounting. The chainline can be mounted in either the big or small ring position on double cranksets, with the most common mounting being in the big ring position for better chainstay clearance.

The ring centerline sits approximately 2mm closer to the frame than the stock big ring, though this may vary depending on the stock ring. For the best chain security, we recommend using a clutch-style rear derailleur. In muddy conditions, we highly recommend using a chainguide or chainkeeper in addition to a clutch-type rear derailleur to prevent chaindrops and chainsuck.
