Answer: I haven't had any problems using it with or without foundation and find foundation goes on smoothly over the suntan cream. -

Answer: My bottle says 50... I'm not sure why the picture shows 30. The description says 50, so I'd go with that. Buy it, you won't be disappointed. It's brilliant. Is really helping to reduce the damage to my pigmented skin.
