Answer: Grip is important for effective and safe practice, as slipping can be dangerous. -

Is the mat environmentally friendly?
Answer: Yes, it is made with sustainable natural rubber, topped with eco-polyurethane. It is also PVC-free and has no toxic substances. -

Can it used with shoes on fir hiit style workouts?
Answer: There’s nothing preventing you from doing that, but it would probably rapidly accelerate the wear of the top coating and wear the mat down fast. Probably not a problem if you never want to use it as a yoga mat. -

Does liforme have 6mm or thicker?
Answer: At the moment, we do not have a 6mm mat or anything thicker than this. Our standard yoga mats are 4.2mm but we do also offer yoga pads which may be useful in adding extra cushioning where you need it the most! The bottom layer of our mats are also made from natural rubber so they can be used as toppers on top of another studio mat. :) -

Is this reversible?
Answer: In answer to your question the mat is only designed to be used with the design facing upwards. This is because only the top has been designed with the special grippy material and Alignforme system, whereas the bottom has natural rubber to grip the floor. -

Answer: The Happiness Yoga mat is 185 cm by 68 cm wide, the thickness is 4.2 mm. -

Does this mat come with a carrying bag?
Answer: All our mats come with their very own Liforme carry bag for ease of transportation :) -

What's the difference between this and the original mat?
Answer: Our Happiness mat is made from the same high quality biodegradable materials and has the same unrivalled grip as the mats from our classic range. The difference is that the Happiness mat has a more elaborate and ornate etching design. -

What color is the underside? And if it's black, do you make any that have a matching color underside?
Answer: The underside of all Liforme mats are black and we do not currently offer any mats with a coloured underside.
