Answer: I find it easy to get the coffee filters in and out. If it is difficult at first, try using a spoon. Turning the filter holder round is not difficult, even with painful hands. -

Answer: It can use ESE (Easy Serving Espresso) pods, which look like round teabags. It works best with loose ground coffee.
