This air fryer oven is a versatile piece of kitchen equipment that is easy to use and produces great fried and baked goods. Although it has preset functions, these can easily be changed to suit individual recipes. It doesn't come with a timer and additional shelves and baskets are not available from the company. The Cons of this product are that two screws on the inside glass can come loose, causing condensation to leak from the top of the door. There is also a lack of a clear microwave function, and the instruction book could be more explicit. However, the seller is responsive to customer messages and offers great customer service, including offering reimbursement or replacement for damaged goods.
