The phone comes with an SOS button and a charging dock. There is also a small hole/hook at the top right that allows you to attach a lanyard/strip, making it easier to wear around your neck. The phone has a speakerphone for hands-free calls and a 0.3mp camera for taking photos. However, it is not possible to download WhatsApp. Overall, this is an exceptional phone for seniors who only need the basics and want something simple to use.
