Answer: I have owned a Car Capsule inflatable outdoor cover since September 2021. I live in Fenwick Island, Delaware a small coastal town located on the Atlantic Ocean where 60mph winds are common during a Nor’easter. I can say that my Capsule has survived a few Nor’easters and many days of 25mph gusts and it still works fine. The weight of the car inside the capsule keeps it from moving and the pressure from the air inside the capsule that is constant due to the dual fan, keeps it from rubbing the car. It also survived 18 inches of snow one day last winter! -

How much snow can it handle?
Answer: Hi, the structure is held up by the constant airflow from the fans. If too much snow accumulates, the cover will slowly sag until it rests on the car. Once the snow falls off or melts it will spring back up. No damage is done. It is hard to say how much it can take as it depends on the snow but with roughly 4-6 inches worth it should keep its shape. -

Answer: Hi, the fans are factory rated for 100 000 hours (about 11 years). We sell a replacements with pads for $59 -

Answer: Yes. The fans maintain the structure inflated keeping the air flowing and reducing condensation. -

Is there a way to keep the air pressure up without constant repumping, as my application is near salt water?
Answer: There is no pump. There is a fan that when plugged in and the bubble zipped up, it fills the bubble with air and keeps it inflated.
